France Mahabub
Founder/CEO
Born in June of 1986, France's journey began when his mother relocated the family to Queens, New York, alongside his two younger siblings. Displaying determination at a young age, he enlisted in the Marine Corps at only 17 years old and left for recruit training in September 2004.
After successfully completing his training in December 2004, he experienced a distinguished military career that included three deployments—two to Afghanistan and one to Iraq. Later on, he sought new challenges and transitioned to recruiting duty, commencing his recruiting career in Milford, MA, and culminating in his assignment to the officer selection team in Amherst, MA.
Having exhibited exceptional dedication and bravery, he earned several notable personal awards, including the Purple Heart medal, Combat Action Ribbon, and the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is a loving father to his two children: Gabriel, aged 13, and Sophia, aged 7.
Tragically, in July 2020, he experienced the devastating loss of his youngest sibling, who, like him, served as a Marine. The emotional toll of the job proved overwhelming, leading to his sibling's untimely passing at the age of 31. This profoundly affected the subject, prompting him to establish a non-profit organization in his brother's name. The organization focuses on supporting service members, veterans, first responders, and their families as they navigate the challenging work-related stressors that can arise. Drawing from his own firsthand experiences and extensive search for effective treatments to reclaim a sense of normalcy, this cause holds deep personal significance to him and remains close to his heart.
Currently residing in CT, he continues to champion the mission of his non-profit organization, aiming to make a lasting impact in the lives of those who face similar challenges.
